Information submitted

The service receives the question text. Name and affiliation are optional and are sent only when anonymous mode is turned off.

Anonymous submissions

When anonymous mode is on, the form omits name and affiliation from the request. The event administrators can read submitted questions.

Retention

Questions are scheduled for deletion 90 days after collection closes. Reopening collection cancels that deadline; the next closure starts a new 90-day period.

Service logs

Submitted question text is not included in application logs. The form keeps drafts in memory and does not store question text in browser storage.
